Aritzia, which operates 75 stores in North America selling its trendy designs for women, raised C$400 million ($303 million) by offering 25 million shares at C$16 ($12.10), the high end of the range of C$14 to C$16. The Vancouver, Canada-based company plans to list on the Toronto Stock Exchange. CIBC, BofA Merrill Lynch and TD Securities are the joint bookrunners on the deal which is expected to price on September 26, 2016.
