AON CFO Edmund Reese Steps Down, Nadin Virani Named Interim Replacement

(RTTNews) - Aon plc (AON), a professional services firm, Monday announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Edmund Reese has stepped down, effective immediately to pursue opportunities outside the organization.

In the interim, he will be replaced by Nadin Virani and Reese will serve as senior advisor to Aon CEO Greg Case, through August 16, 2027, to support the transition.

Virani had previously served as the firm's Global Head of Corporate Planning and Analytics. Prior to AON, he was the Head of Corporate Planning and Analytics at Broadridge Financial and General Manager for the Delta Amex Co-Brand portfolio at American Express.

On Monday, shares closed at $347.22, down 2.42% on the New York Stock Exchange.
