CooTek, the developer of TouchPal software input method for mobile devices, filed on Thursday with the SEC to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering.
The Shanghai, China-based company was founded in 2008 and booked $78 million in sales for the 12 months ended June 30, 2018. It plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol CTK. Credit Suisse, BofA Merrill Lynch and Citi are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
