Silicon Slopes: Aileen Lee, Cowboy Ventures Founding Partner

The Silicon Slopes Tech Summit in Salt Lake City, Utah, which is one of the most prominent annual tech events, brings together more than 20,000 people to discuss new trends and technologies that are advancing the broader tech industry.

Business leaders from startups, private companies and large-cap companies are sharing their insight and expertise on revolutionary technologies that are enabling companies to grow more efficiently and better serve the needs of consumers. From Ancestry to Adobe and Peloton to Pinterest, an increasing number of companies are utilizing technology to enhance their offerings or products.

At the Silicon Slopes Tech Summit, Nasdaq’s Joshua Machiz spoke with Cowboy Ventures Founding Partner Aileen Lee, about how the company is employing new technology.

Silicon Slopes Organization, which is a nonprofit company that supports Utah’s startup and tech community, is hosting the event. Nasdaq is the exclusive presenting sponsor of this year’s summit. The annual event began in 2017.

“Silicon Slopes Tech Summit has been remarkable at highlighting the rising talent and entrepreneurs in Utah and around the world,” Nelson Griggs, president of Nasdaq Stock Exchange, said in a statement before the event.
