EverQuote, which operates an online auto insurance marketplace, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $75 million in an initial public offering.
The Cambridge, MA-based company was founded in 2008 and booked $135 million in sales for the 12 months ended March 31, 2018. It plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol EVER. EverQuote filed confidentially on March 30, 2018. J.P. Morgan and BofA Merrill Lynch are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
