Megalith Financial Acquisition, a blank check company formed to acquire a financial services business, raised $150 million by offering 15 million units at $10. Each unit will consist of one share of common stock and one warrant to purchase on share of common stock at $11.50. Megalith Financial Acquisition plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol MFACU. Chardan Capital Markets acted as a lead manager on the deal.
