Terry Wade is Senior Vice President and Head of the Global Index Group at Nasdaq. Prior to running the Index Group, he led Product and Business Development for Nasdaq’s Investment Intelligence unit, where he developed strategic growth opportunities through mergers and acquisitions, new product launches and partnerships. He also led the acquisition of eVestment, the leading provider of analytics for institutional asset managers, investors and consultants, as well as Nasdaq’s purchase of premier alternative data provider Quandl.

Before joining Nasdaq, Terry served as Senior Consultant at Milliman, where he was responsible for their predictive modeling and machine learning efforts globally. Prior to Milliman, he was the CEO of a rapidly growing machine learning start-up, EagleEye Analytics, which was acquired by Guidewire Software. Earlier, Terry was President of Fiserv’s Insurance Group, leading a broadly diversified technology solutions business. 

Terry has a degree in Economics from Davidson College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Emory University.
