MiX Telematics prices IPO at $16, at high end of the range

MiX Telematics ( MIXT ), a leading global provider of fleet management SaaS solutions, raised $101 million by offering 6.3 million ADSs (30% insider) at $16, the high end of the $14 to $16 range. At the offer price MiX Telematics has a fully diluted market value of $533 million and an enterprise value of $465 million.Raymond James and William Blair acted as lead managers on the deal.
