Victory Capital Holdings, a multi-boutique asset management firm with $59 billion in AUM, filed on Thursday with the SEC to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering.
The Brooklyn, OH-based company was founded in 1894 and booked $402 million in revenue for the 12 months ended September 30, 2017. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol VCTR. Victory Capital Holdings filed confidentially on April 12, 2017. J.P. Morgan, BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Barclays, Goldman Sachs and RBC Capital Markets are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
