Consumer SPAC One Madison prices $300 million IPO at $10

One Madison Corp, a consumer-focused blank check company led by the former CEO of HRG Group, raised $300 million by offering 30 million shares at $10. One Madison Corp plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol OMADU. Credit Suisse and BofA Merrill Lynch acted as lead managers on the deal.
